Explore the Innovative Path of Chemistry Teaching Based on the Subject Characteristics
In today's society, the competition between countries is the competition of talent, so the country pays more and more attention to the cultivation of talent. Chemistry has a vital role in both production, life, and scientific research. In high school, students' contact with chemistry is gradually deepening, so it is an important stage to cultivate students' chemical literacy. However, there are still some problems in the current chemistry teaching. This paper analyzes the teaching characteristics of chemistry and the Core Literacy of Chemistry subject in detail. What's more, this paper shows that chemistry teaching has characteristics of attaching importance to experiments, making abstract knowledge intuitive, linking chemical knowledge with life, applying interdisciplinary methods, and keeping up with the trend of The Times. Chemistry teaching should take cultivating and developing students' chemistry core literacy as the core goal, and emphasize the understanding of the nature of science. Based on this, this paper puts forward the following suggestions, teachers can use the situational teaching method, experimental research method, or task-driven method to improve the existing three major problems in high school chemistry teaching and help to cultivate comprehensive, application-oriented, and innovative talents.

A Study on the Impact of College Students' Media Literacy on Learning--Effectiveness in the Context of New Media
In the context of new media, the impact of media literacy on college students' learning effectiveness has been widely noticed, but there are still many shortcomings. This paper analyzes the current situation of college students' media literacy. It is concluded that they have a high degree of mediatization and a strong ability to use media, and there is a certain degree of critical thinking. However, at the same time, there are problems such as low ability to think rationally about media information and irrational behavior caused by new media cognition. Given this, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: establish an effective education model, introduce policies to regulate media behavior, and strengthen media literacy education for teacher education students. In this way, the quality and ability of college students in media cognition and use can be enhanced. This is not only related to the development of individuals but also to the construction of a harmonious society.

Religion and National Values: A Cross-Cultural Comparison of Denmark, Iran, South Korea, and Thailand
This paper analyses a comparative analysis of the national cultures of Denmark, Iran, South Korea, and Thailand, utilizing Hofstede’s, GLOBE, and World Values Survey (WVS) cultural dimensions. It details how each country's predominant religion—Christianity in Denmark, Islam in Iran, Confucianism in South Korea, and Buddhism in Thailand—influences various cultural metrics such as power distance, individualism, and uncertainty avoidance. Denmark is highlighted for its low power distance and high individualism, indicative of a culture that values equality and individual rights. Iran is depicted as highly collectivistic, emphasizing family and community cohesion. South Korea is described as valuing hierarchical order and community well-being, reflecting its Confucian roots. Thailand is recognized for its high humane orientation and respect for social hierarchies, influenced by Buddhist teachings. The analysis points out the significant implications these cultural dimensions have for international business practices, stressing the need for cultural sensitivity and adaptability in global market strategies.

An Intervention Study of Family Education and Social Emotions of Secondary School Students
This article comprehensively analyses the socio-emotional competence problems of secondary school students and their close connection with family education. The article points out that the mental health problems of secondary school students are becoming more and more serious, in which poor peer relationships, teacher-student relationships, academic pressure, and poor family environment hurt their emotional state. In terms of family education, the lack of scientific educational methods and the unbalanced distribution of family educational resources, have become important factors restricting the development of secondary school students' psychological health. The article further points out that external factors such as competitive pressure, anxiety, and the impact of social media and the virtual world also hurt students' mental health. As a result, the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the concepts and approaches of family education and to balance academic performance and the development of social-emotional competence, including advocating a diversified approach to education and encouraging children to participate in extracurricular activities and teamwork projects, to comprehensively cultivate the social-emotional competence of secondary school students, and to achieve the harmonious development of their physical and mental health.

The Digital Transformation of Newspapers - Taking People's Daily as an Example
People's Daily is one of the most important party newspapers and one of the largest comprehensive dailies in China, with the main task of reporting on the major policies of the Party and the State, social, economic and cultural development. With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet, traditional media are facing great challenges. The circulation and influence of paper newspapers and magazines are gradually declining, while the rise of digital media has brought a brand new competition pattern and development opportunities to traditional media. By analyzing the digital transformation process of People's Daily, this paper concludes that People’s Daily has effectively used digital technology to expand multimedia content and enhance social media interaction, and these measures have significantly increased its influence and reader engagement. Through the case of People’s Daily, it can be seen that digital transformation is of great significance in optimizing the national information dissemination system and promoting the diversification and democratization of social information dissemination. It is hoped that the digital transformation of People's Daily can be used as an example to provide reference and guidance for the digital transformation of other traditional media.

A Study on the Employment Dilemmas and Paths of China’s English Majors in the Context of Education Internationalization
Employment is not only related to economic and social development, but also related to social stability and harmony, and involves many issues such as education reform. In the 21st century, the trend of education internationalization has presented fresh chances and difficulties for the job market of English department. Unemployment upon graduation is a common nightmare for English majors in China. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the employment situation of English majors and put forward feasible strategies. This study aims to investigate the dilemmas and paths of Chinese English majors within the framework of education internationalization. This study discusses the dilemma of Chinese English majors in the job market, analyzes influencing factors, discusses several contradictions between the separation of profession and discipline, the weakening of English in basic education and the large demand, the academic English teaching and humanistic quality education, as well as graduates' immature career outlook and the real needs of society, and points out the countermeasures and suggestions to redefine compound talents, reduce the scale of schools, develop special training programs, balance the "humanism" and "instrumentality" of English Majors and enhance the students' professional ability and guide the correct career view.

The Intergenerational Theoretical Perspective on Motivation in the Medical Workplace, a Literature Review
Psychodynamics profoundly influences society, where intrinsic motivations, extrinsic motivations, job engagement, and orientations toward public service play key roles in shaping organizational structures. This review article explores the intersections of psychodynamic principles and generational theory, particularly their applications in the medical field during the COVID-19 pandemic. By referencing academic databases such as Frontiers in Psychology, MDPI, GALE ACADEMIC ONEFILE, IEEE Xplore, and Oregon State University Library, this study delves into how intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors, along with job resources and motivations for public service, impact job engagement and occupational well-being across different generations. The article highlights the unique attitudes and expectations of Generations Y and Z, gathering observed changes in their career values and work-life balance preferences. The study examines how these intergenerational theoretical views interact with motivational dynamics, especially under the prolonged pressures of the pandemic. Integrating psychodynamic theories with empirical data on motivational factors and generational differences, this review aims to provide insights into the evolving nature of job engagement and its implications for future workforce management.

On the Female Characters in Mo Yan's "Frog"
"Frog" depicts a series of events triggered by childbirth in the rural area of Gaomi, Northeast China, during the implementation of the family planning policy. It presents the chaotic reproductive history of Chinese rural areas over several decades. The book centers on the portrayal of female characters, revealing the joys, sorrows, and survival challenges of rural women during the family planning period. This paper focuses on the female characters in the book and deeply analyzes three social roles of women: mother, wife, and professional woman. These roles are not only fundamental components of family and society but also key to understanding women's situations in a specific historical context. By analyzing the female characters in "Frog," this study explores the social realities and feminist ideas reflected in Mo Yan's portrayal of these women.

Nowadays, with the growth of social networks, countless advertisers advertise and promote their products through social media. Some media content is directly labelled as advertising and promotes their products. Some media content will not be labelled as such, but will reveal the product subliminally and demonstrate its benefits through social media platforms or blogger videos, so that consumers unconsciously desire to buy the product. Regardless of the content of the adverts, advertisers are having great success with social media platforms these days, while at the same time making people do a lot of unnecessary spending. this study will do a series of research on this phenomenon. By looking up relevant psychological literature, setting up questionnaires and collecting and analysing data, this study will analyse and study the psychology involved in some impulsive consumption behaviours that occur when people use social networks. This way, people who make impulse purchases of products advertised by advertisers can be clear about the psychology that drove them to make impulse purchases, and can better prevent impulse purchases in the future.

The Association Between Caffeine Intake and the Stroop Effect
Caffeine consumption is closely related to different aspects of life. With different cultures and different routines, caffeine consumers will form their own habits of consumption. Inhibition control will be affected by caffeine consumption. It is an important executive function for human beings. The Stroop Effect is a classic cognitive phenomenon which exists from The Stroop Colour and Word Test (SCWT), to explore the interference between automatic and controlled processing of information. Caffeine as an attention enhancer, helps to increase the speed of making decisions and the rate of detecting stimuli. This review paper aims to investigate the potential correlation between caffeine intake and performance on the Stroop task. By reviewing the most recent research paper in this field, the impacts of caffeine consumption manipulating the Stroop task result were summarized and interpreted. The overall effect of caffeine intake on attentional control is supported by attentional control after caffeine intake, this includes the evidence of cognitive behaviour outcomes and neuroimaging. In addition, the overall effect depends on the dosage of caffeine intake, with different dosages, the test result will be significantly different. Results show that caffeine consumption will influence attentional control, mainly refleted by Reaction Time (RT), neuroimage and depends on the dosage. However, individual differences will highly affect the caffeine absorption. The outcome of this research will have implications for future research exploring the Stroop task performance help to evaluate the other sides of cognitive control, such as emotional control.
