The Impact of Mobile Phone Use on Students' Mental Health
The use of mobile phones is becoming more and more widespread, and the time for students to contact mobile phones for the first time is getting earlier and earlier, so it has become necessary and urgent to pay attention to the psychological problems caused by mobile phones for students. This article analyzes the impact of smartphone apps on students' mental health. This paper argues that overuse or incorrect use can cause students to have psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. This may be due to factors such as lack of communication, family influences, etc. Based on this, this article suggests that society should increase the relevant publicity for the correct use of mobile phones. Schools should pay attention to the different psychological problems of different students and provide targeted counseling. Families should communicate more and guide students to take the initiative to express themselves. Students should learn self-control and at the same time, develop good living habits to avoid psychological problems.

Analysis of Inter-jurisdictional Conflict Law in China
Since the implementation of the "one country, two systems" policy and the return of Hong Kong and Macau, China has become a region with multiple legal jurisdictions, inevitably leading to inter-regional legal conflicts. Consequently, the development of unified inter-jurisdictional conflict law in China has become an imperative trend. Considering the potential future unification of Taiwan, such conflicts are expected to become even more complex. Hence, perfecting China's inter-jurisdictional conflict law has become a major issue for the Chinese conflict law community in the present and the foreseeable future. This paper offers a brief analysis and recommendations regarding the inter-jurisdictional legal conflicts existing within the "four legal domains" of China. Through an analysis of the concept of conflict law, the paper extends to the concept of China's inter-jurisdictional conflict law. Additionally, the paper highlights the issues present within the four legal domains and proposes corresponding solutions. Therefore, this paper holds significant practical significance for resolving inter-jurisdictional legal conflicts within the "four legal domains" of China.

The Relationship Between Interpersonal Stress and Internet Usage among Adolescents
In recent years, the problems focusing on interpersonal stress of teenagers and internet usage become a hit. During adolescence, gender differences, biological changes, and social-emotional development have a significant impact on pubertal development as well as interpersonal stress. For example, females have a obviously higher need for companionship and interpersonal interaction. They use social media more frequently, and they are at higher risk of being victimized by their peers, which exacerbates their high rates of depression and interpersonal stress, leading them to rely on the internet as well. The growth of the internet and social media also deepens comparisons between people. For example, body shame, where adolescents continue to enhance content when they receive compliments and overly pander to make themselves look perfect when they receive dissatisfaction, can, to some extent, increase their anxiety and cause disturbances in their psychological development. Similarly, positive online bloggers who post videos can be inspiring, but posting about negativity or venting about reality can make immature teens more prone to depression and anxiety and further derivation into internet addiction, leading to depression and interpersonal problems. In this article, the relationship between interpersonal interactions and internet use is explored.

The Impact of Parental Divorce on Children's Mental Health
The rising divorce rate has become the norm in modern society. This trend leads to many children of divorced families having certain psychological problems. This review aims to understand the causes and effects of these problems. These problems are likele to have an impact on teenagers in the long term. The psychological effects of the parents' marital status on the children tend to have a certain negative impact on the children's future. Parents' divorce can lead to certain negative psychological problems in children, but this effect may be not as serious as the media states. Some researchers have suggested that the treatment of parent-child relationship is appropriate to mitigate the negative effects of divorce on adolescents. To a certain extent, it helps the child develop resillience and other positive traits as well. At the same time, many research encourage society to be kind to the children of divorced families and accept the diversity of families.

It has the potential to enhance learning and research efficiency, as well as impact educational assessment and evaluation. Moreover, it can facilitate the advancement of academic creativity and critical thinking in education. It is important to note that despite technological advancements, knowledge remains fundamental to personal well-being and societal progress, serving as a core resource in modern society. Expanding educational opportunities is crucial for promoting social advancement, enabling a larger population to access higher education. However, it is worth considering whether ChatGPT will entirely replace teachers in this process. Does the use of Chat GPT have a net positive impact on students? Nevertheless, the ongoing discourse lacks substance and lacks a foundation in theory. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to put forth an appropriate framework of technical and theoretical knowledge. This study examines the level of knowledge, frequency of utilization, and reliance on ChatGPT among students with varying academic qualifications through the administration of a questionnaire. The objective is to explore the potential of ChatGPT as a substitute for conventional instructional approaches.

An Analysis of the Wave of Overseas Studying on College Graduates in First-tier Cities in China from the Perspective of Bourdieu's Theory of Class
Based on Bourdieu’s concepts of “capital” and “habitus” in his theory of class, this paper uses qualitative research methods to analyze the motivations for studying abroad and interpret the consciousness and perceptions of students growing up in China's first-tier urban areas. Through the analysis of personal interviews with five students from Beijing, Shenzhen, and Dongguan, three categories of motivation were summarized: perceived class, ubiquitous habitus, and unusual paths beyond habitus. The result indicates that studying abroad is not a mechanical inheritance from social class, but also an active self-pursuit from the spirit cultivated by capital, which is related to the self-expectation and realization of individual value. Therefore, studying abroad is a creative result of their growth process, and the experiences brought by studying abroad are breakthrough products of self-growth under social stratification.

The Role of Embodiment in Athletes' Influence on Empowering Lifestyle
Athletic lifestyle is a rapid and wide growth of the social media platform, which infiltrates others’ lives. Apparently, exposure under the marketing strategy is readily available for people to take part. However, researchers may be considering why this engagement affects the change and makes people stick to the experience. To that, embodied cognition is considered an important role for this review paper to elaborate further. To understand how embodied cognition affects the change through the interactive process between mind, body, and the environment, it is necessary to do embodiment-related research on not only the embodiment in consumers’ experience, but also the embodiment application in sports psychology and physical education. Finally, with a degree of understanding of the intersection between embodiment, athletes, and social media influence, this review article has a generic yet highlighted summary of how embodiment can affect change and empower a person through an interactive and co-created environment.

Nowadays, the internet has become an essential tool for people's survival. The internet is diversity that brings people from all over the world to the virtual space through social media which enables people have more exploration. Language is an important communication tool between human chatting with each other online, which has significant impacts on politics, economy, society, technology, and even culture. Under the influence of media communication, people have created internet buzzwords, which greatly enriches people's lives and alleviates their work pressure. Furthermore, Online buzzwords can reflect the changes in the values and mental condition of young people. They can showcase personality, express emotions, and have a high degree of focus and discussion topic. Therefore, more and more people bring internet buzzwords on social media into life which have become a part of their daily lives. The thesis summarizes the characteristics of internet buzzwords, the psychological transmission factors, and positive and negative effects of internet buzzwords by searching dozens of literature.

Social Learning Strategies in Children and Nonhuman Primates
Social learning strategies are profound for the survival of individuals. At the level of social strategies, human and other primates shared many similarities but also have differences between them. This article aim to gather previous studies about children’s collaborative learning approach and other primates’ social learning strategies, and compare their similarities and difference and discuss the causal information of the variability between children and primates. When different social learning techniques are linked to various incentives, both children and chimps can vary their social learning strategies. However, children are more adaptable than chimpanzees when it comes to selecting or changing their social learning strategies. Furthermore, orangutans did not exhibit the majority-based transmission, unlike toddlers and chimps, who both exhibit a tendency toward social conformity, or the tendency to do what the majority of other members of their social group do. It is suggested that all of the above-mentioned differences between young humans and apes are the result of socialization and cultural transmission.

The Copyright Protection Issue of Artificial Intelligence-Generated Creations: A Dialectical Analysis of Law and Practice
This article discusses the issue of the nature of works generated by artificial intelligence similar to ChatGPT and the protection of copyright laws. The author first analyzes the content of artificial intelligence generated products or the provisions on the nature of works in major national laws. This article further analyzes the legal practices of various countries in the qualitative analysis of artificial intelligence generated works based on cases of artificial intelligence copyright in different countries. We explored two theoretical perspectives regarding the copyrightability of two types of artificial intelligence-generated works. The first perspective emphasizes the absence of unique individuality in artificial intelligence creations and highlights the discord between the objectives of copyright law and the essence of artificial intelligence-generated works. In contrast, we delved into supportive viewpoints that underscore the potential legal basis for copyright in machine-generated works, the originality introduced by artificial intelligence, and the involvement of humans in the creative process. As the artificial intelligence industry matures, it underscores the necessity for effective legislative actions to fortify the existing legal framework, adapting it to the ever-evolving domain of AI-driven creativity. This approach is pivotal for fostering innovation while concurrently safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of artificial intelligence creators and users.
